PRR 6701, M-1A, #1 of 2, c. 1945         
Here is the first of two successive original photos by an unidentified photographer of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #6701, an M-1A (4-8-2) "Mountain" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during March of 1930 and retired in September of 1952 after 22 years of faithful service. The exact date and the location are not recorded. Roy Healey Collection; #12 of 16.
